Ben Pouladian
Electrical engineer, entrepreneur, and investor.
Ben Pouladian leads BEP Research, connecting developments in AI models with the computing systems, infrastructure, and company economics they shape. His work focuses on broad industry shifts and their implications for long-term investors.
BEP follows model companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic alongside the silicon and infrastructure stack: AI semiconductors, memory and HBM economics, optical interconnects, advanced packaging, NeoCloud datacenters, and the costs of serving AI models. The question is how changes in models reshape computing needs, chip architecture, power demand, and capital allocation.
People behind the work
Research built through collaboration.
BEP brings together its team and specialist research collaborators. In the memory series, Rui “Rick” Xie leads engineering and standards analysis, while Ben leads the investment framing. The work connects memory architecture to the economics of the businesses supplying it.
