01 · Scope
Define the decision.
A kickoff establishes one research question, up to three provider configurations or scenarios, the evidence available and what would change the decision.
BEP for institutions
AI infrastructure research for investment and strategy teams.
Connect changes in compute, memory, power, and inference economics to the questions behind your next decision.
A focused first engagement
One question. A sourced answer your team can inspect.
01 · Scope
A kickoff establishes one research question, up to three provider configurations or scenarios, the evidence available and what would change the decision.
02 · Examine
Inspect dated quotes and sources, reconcile units and terms, and build a sensitivity model. Record evidence gaps and contradictory observations.
03 · Deliver
A concise decision memo, editable model, evidence register and a 45-minute briefing, followed by one consolidated round of factual corrections.
Target delivery: ten business days after scope, data access and fee are agreed, subject to availability. A fixed project fee is quoted against the mandate. Evidence delays or scope changes receive a revised schedule before additional work.
Initial scope covers published sources and permissioned client evidence. New GPU testing, paid datasets, travel, specialist participation and ongoing monitoring are separately scoped and priced.
The memo distinguishes observed facts, assumptions, scenarios and unanswered questions. The model exposes the variables that change the conclusion. Material claims link to an evidence register with dates, units and limitations.
Use, confidentiality and redistribution terms are agreed in writing. A pilot provides research support; it does not promise savings, investment returns or a preferred vendor conclusion.
Ways to work together
Scope, access, timing, and fees are agreed for each engagement.

Discuss team research access ↗A shared understanding
Bring the BEP team into a discussion of a technology shift, an earnings cycle, or a market debate. Build the agenda around the questions your team wants to examine.
Topic and agenda · Research presentation · Discussion and Q&A
Discuss a private briefing ↗A specific decision
Define a company, supply-chain, or infrastructure economics question. Agree on a research output, the assumptions to test, and a delivery schedule before work begins.
Defined research question · Sourced analysis · Scenario modeling
Discuss a research project ↗Practical compute decisions
Focused briefings and scoped research for investors and AI teams evaluating GPU cloud providers, workload requirements, and compute economics. Start with a briefing and a BEP research memo tailored to the decision.
Specialist participation and larger technical projects are agreed case by case, subject to availability.
